RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If something isn’t quite right, I’ve got you — Marieloulou returns and exchanges are easy. Just make sure your item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, then submit your request within our return window. You can choose a return, an exchange for a different size (as long as it’s still in stock), or store credit. Once your item is received and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, I’ll make it right, just email me at hello@marieloulou.com.

QUICK POLICY TERMS

  • 30-DAY WINDOW
    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
  • UNWORN + TAGS + ORIGINAL PACKAGING
    Items must be returned in original, unworn condition to qualify for a refund. Refunds may be refused if the returned item shows any signs of wear or use, pet or human hair on the garment, and/or strong odors such as perfume, cologne, smoke, or any other scents.
  • FOR RETURNS: FULL REFUND - 10% HANDLING FEE
    To make sure each piece can be properly inspected, steamed, repackaged, and reshelved, a 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee also includes the return label.
  • FREE EXCHANGES
    Fastest way to get what you want: start a return using the link above, and once it’s accepted, place a separate order for the new item, we'll cover the shipping costs.
  • STORE CREDIT
    If you would like to return your product for store credit, you will receive a full refund. No fees!
