If something isn’t quite right, I’ve got you — Marieloulou returns and exchanges are easy. Just make sure your item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, then submit your request within our return window. You can choose a return, an exchange for a different size (as long as it’s still in stock), or store credit. Once your item is received and approved, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, I’ll make it right, just email me at hello@marieloulou.com.

To make sure each piece can be properly inspected, steamed, repackaged, and reshelved, a 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This fee also includes the return label. - FREE EXCHANGES

Items must be unworn/unused, in the same condition you received them, with tags, and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
There’s a $15 restocking fee on approved returns (for the return label, inspection, steaming, repackaging, and reshelving). It’s deducted from your refund and doesn’t apply to damaged or incorrect items.
There is a $10 handling fee on all exchanges. But, we will cover the shipping cost of your new item.

After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Returns are processed within 5 business days after arriving at our warehouse. Your bank may take a few days to post it.
