Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
Returns may be declined if items show signs of wear, hair, or odors.

Processing
Returns are processed within 5 business days after arriving at our warehouse.

Same day shipping is offered for orders placed before 4pm EST Monday-Friday. Orders placed after that timeframe will be sent the following day.

Orders placed on Saturdays by 3pm will be sent same day. Orders exceeding will be sent with Mondays shipment.

Sunday orders will be shipped Monday.

Our orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

Average transit times: 2-5 Business days via expedited UPS ground in the US

International orders are sent via Fedex international and shipping takes around 3-6 days. Our flat rate of $55 USD covers all duties and taxes to ensure a smooth delivery.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Marieloulou may store information you enter on our site during the creation of a customer account. You may choose to not provide certain personal information, but this may limit your ability to use certain aspects of the site.

Marieloulou will use your inputted information to improve the quality of our services, notify you of specials and promotions, and enhance and personalize your shopping experience.
